DOOGEE has built a reputation for delivering rugged phones in recent times. The company recently unveiled the S89 Pro in July. The new model is the successor to the equally rugged S88 series and boasts a number of powerful features. The DOOGEE S89 is now available to buy globally.
The DOOGEE S89 Pro is the first rugged phone that will ship with a 65W fast charger. The new DOOGEE powerhouse has a monster 12,000mAh battery and 8GB/ 256GB RAM/ internal storage capability. The new DOOGEE powerhouse has a MediaTek Helio P90 chipset while the non-pro model will only support 33W charging.
The S89 comes with lower memory capability, lower charging, and a slightly lower camera setup. Both models, however, use the same processor and have the same battery capacity. One of the highlights of the S89 and S89 Pro is the 12,000mAh battery. DOOGEE says this is a dream come true for wildlife lovers, as it can deliver up to five days of activity. The multi-activity DOOGEE S89 Pro can yield up to 16 hours of gaming or 18 hours of streaming on a full charge.
The S89 Pro has a 6.3-inch LCD with FHD+ resolution and a Dot Display. A 64MP triple AI main camera, a 20MP Sony IMX350 night vision camera, and a 16MP front sensor are featured in the phone. The phone comes with IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H certifications to underscore its rugged credentials. The phone will run on Android 12 out of the box and supports Bluetooth 5.1, GPS with Glonass, and Galileo.
The DOOGEE S89 series is available via AliExpress and DoogeeMall. Both models are being retailed at an introductory offer during the launch period until August 26. The S89 Pro will be sold at $229.99 while the S89 is priced at $199.99. Furthermore, the first 200 buyers will get a $10 discount coupon. The original prices of the S89 Pro and S89 are $459.98 and $399.98 respectively.
