The upcoming Google Pixel 7 series smartphones are rumored to debut in October this year. A couple of months ahead of the rumored launch, the device has started appearing on certification databases like REL Canada. And now, the Pixel 7 device has appeared on Singapore’s IMDA database.
Spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma, the certification reveals that the Pixel 7 will come with 5G, 4G, and 3G connectivity options.
Additionally, Bluetooth, NFC, and wireless charging will also be available on the device. Other than that, the listing does not reveal any further specifications. So, let’s take a look at what’s known so far about the Pixel 7 series smartphones.
Google Pixel 7 series specs
We know that the Pixel 7 series will look nearly identical to the Pixel 6 series. The Pixel 7 will have dual cameras, while the Pixel 7 Pro will have triple cameras. The phones are expected to include a 50MP main camera (Samsung GN1) as well as a 13MP ultrawide camera (Sony IMX38). The 7 Pro will also come with a 48MP telephoto camera (Samsung GM1). On both variants, the front camera is believed to have a 10.87MP (Samsung 3J1) sensor.
The Pixel 7 will have a 6.4-inch 90Hz screen, while the Pixel 7 Pro will have a 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED display. The two phones will also have the latest Google Tensor processor, which will be unveiled soon. In terms of the operating system, we should expect both devices to ship with Android 13.0.
