JBL launched new truly wireless earbuds in India on Tuesday. The product in question is called JBL Tune Flex and these are no ordinary earbuds. The company claims they are the world’s first ‘transformable’ TWS, meaning you can convert them into open or noise-isolating earphones by switching ear tips. JBL Tune Flex also comes with six modes of active noise cancellation (ANC) tuning, hands-free voice control, and an IPX4 rating. Let’s have a look at all the details.

JBL Tune Flex specifications

New JBL Tune Flex earbuds come equipped with 12mm drivers and feature JBL Pure Bass Sound. As mentioned, the earphones have a transformable design, officially called Sound Fit. By default, they have an open design. However, if you wish to block unwanted noise, you can switch to the ear sealing tips, and the earphones will become a noise-isolating pair. Basically, they’re two pairs of buds in one.
