There is (or at least there used to be) great hype surrounding Nothing and its products. The brand entered the tech world with a pair of earphones that were pretty decent but not earth-shattering. Now reports suggest the company is working on new TWS earbuds, dubbed Nothing Ear (1) Stick. In the latest development, the earphones have appeared on Singapore’s IMDA website, hinting at an imminent launch.

Tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted the upcoming Nothing Ear (1) Stick TWS earbuds on the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) Singapore’s website. The listing does not reveal details regarding the specifications or features of the hearables but it hints they may launch soon.

Previously, the Nothing Ear (1) Stick was also spotted on India’s BIS, Malaysia’s SIRIM, and SGS Fimko certification databases with model number B157. Nothing is yet to confirm any details regarding the upcoming TWS earbuds yet. We expect more to be revealed soon. Meanwhile, let’s check out the specification of the Nothing Ear (1).

Nothing Ear (1) Specification

Nothing Ear (1) comes with a unique transparent design. It features 11.6mm dynamic drivers developed by Teenage Engineering. The earbuds carry support for in-ear detection and each earbud weighs 4.7 grams.

The TWS earbuds come with IPX4 water and sweat-resistant rating. It features Google Fast Pair and has touch controls for playback, noise cancellation/ transparency modes, and volume controls. They also have a mobile application that can be used to adjust Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), activate Transparency Mode, and change the Equalizer settings.

Nothing Ear (1) supports USB Type-C as well as Qi wireless charging. It is powered by a 570mAh battery which is claimed to offer up to 5.7 hours of battery life on a single charge and up to 34 hours in total with the charging case.
