According to a MacRumors report, the Cupertino based giant’s latest iPhone 14 series, which includes the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max, arrives with more RAM than the entire iPhone 13 lineup. The report added that the latest Xcode 14 beta contains files that reveal that all of the new iPhones feature 6GB of RAM. This marks an overall bump of 50 percent in terms of memory compared to the iPhone 13.

For those unaware, only the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max featured 6GB of RAM, while the base and mini model only had 4GB of RAM. In other words, the brand has basically brought higher memory modules for its iPhone 14 and the new iPhone 14 Plus model as well. Notably, Xcode 14 is basically the company’s IDE used to develop apps for macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and tvOS.
