The Cupertino based giant has just shared a new support document in which it informs buyers regarding the issues the new iPhone 14 series faces. In this support document, the brand states that the latest 2022 iPhone models suffer from certain problems related to some basic apps that are popular like FaceTime and iMessage. Furthermore, the company stated that there is more than just one bug that affects both of these apps.

Apparently, one of the bugs makes it difficult to receive messages and calls. Another known issue is seeing green chat bubbles instead of blue chat bubbles when sending a text. Other bugs include people receiving messages coming from the wrong profile and conversations in Messages, with the chats even showing up as two separate threads as well.

Although, most of these problems have been fixed with the iOS 16.0.1 update, which is the build that roll out to all iPhones that are eligible for the latest software upgrade. So basically, once you get your hands on the brand new iPhone 14 series, its best if you update the device immediately during the initial setup process. If not, one can always head to Settings > General > Software Update.
