Reports have claimed that the iQOO Neo 7 may debut in October in China. A new Vivo phone with a V2231A model number has been certified by the 3C authority of China. It appears that this device could be the forthcoming iQOO Neo 7.
The 3C certification of the Vivo V2231A reveals that it is a 5G-ready device. The listing further suggests that the retail package of the device may include a charger that supports maximum speeds of up to 120W. While it is being speculated that the V2231A could be the iQOO Neo 7, there is no concrete evidence available to prove it. Previous leaks have claimed that it will support 120W rapid charging.
Rumors surrounding the iQOO Neo 7 have revealed that it will be equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED E5 display that produces a Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. It is likely to come equipped with the Dimensity 9000 Plus chipset.
A recent report revealed that the Neo 7 may arrive in three configurations, such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. The device will run on the Android 12 OS with the OriginOS and iQOO UI on top.
The Neo 7 is likely to feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Its back panel may feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766V primary camera with OIS support, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 12-megapixel telephoto snapper. The device is likely to pack a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging. The Neo 7 may come in colors like Geometric Black, Impression Blue, and Pop Orange. It appears that the company may soon release the first teasers for the smartphone.
