Google is expected to officially launch its first-ever smartwatch at the upcoming launch event on 6th October, where the company will be launching its next-generation Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro flagship smartphones.

Ahead of the official launch in the coming days, the retail box of Google’s Pixel Watch has been leaked online, but it doesn’t reveal much about the wearable device.

Google Pixel Watch Retail Box Leak

The leaked image of the retail box was captured at Target DC and shows that the box has a Fitbit branding. This indicates that the Wear OS-powered smartwatch will also come with the integration of Fitbit, making it the first such device in the market.

As the retail box has appeared in Target, it could mean that the device will be released as soon as it gets unveiled on 6th October. The Pixel 7 series is also expected to be up for pre-order on the day it gets announced and will start shipments on 18th October. There’s a high possibility that the Pixel Watch follows a similar timeline.

If the past reports are to be believed, then the Wi-Fi-only model of the Pixel Watch could start at $350, while the model with support for cellular connectivity could start at $400. The pricing appears a bit lower than the recently launched Apple Watch Series 8.
