Chinese tech giant Xiaomi held a launch event today where it unveiled a number of products targeted at female folks considering their design styles. Whie the Xiaomi Civi 2 smartphone is the main attraction, the Xiaomi Lipstick Power bank is yet another interesting product also launched.
The new power bank is an affordable charging device priced at 129 yuan (). It adopts a gradient color design and crams a 5000mAh battery under the hood. Thus, it can be taken on an airplane. The sleek power bank has a width of about 30.6mm and weighs 127g. It can also be carried in a small shoulder bag without any burden and used conveniently anywhere.
This new product is also very eye-catching in appearance. The inner shell is designed with a soft blue-pink gradient, and the outer shell is made of matte UV technology. If you call it a fashion item for young ladies, you won’t be wrong.
In terms of configuration, the Xiaomi Lipstick Power Bank supports a maximum output power of 20W. The newly launched Xiaomi Civi 2 can get an additional 80% of the power using the power bank. It can also quickly charge the iPhone 13 and can go from zero to 43% in 30 minutes.
At the same time, the power bank has a built-in intelligent identification chip, which can automatically match the current required by the device. This is to enable it to meet the charging needs of various brands of mobile phones, tablet computers, and low-current devices.
The built-in Type-C interface of the Xiaomi Lipstick Power Bank supports two-way fast charging, has a 13.5W input, and is equipped with its own charging cable. The charging cable can complete self-charging in about 1.5 hours.
In terms of safety, the new product adopts 21700 power cells, which support temperature protection, short circuit protection, RESET protection, input overvoltage/overcurrent protection, output overcurrent/overvoltage protection, among others.
