The leaked renders have been shared by popular tipster Onleaks in collaboration with publication PriceBaba. Design-wise, the smartphone has a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout and a compact form factor. There is a square camera module on the back panel housing three sensors. Upon a closer look, there is a 108MP text that confirms the presence of the sensor on the device. The upcoming offering is also confirmed to come with an in-display fingerprint scanner. There is a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a speaker grille at the bottom. The renders reveal the Moto G72 in Blue, Silver, and Black colours.

Apart from the leaked renders, the Moto G72 is rumoured to come with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display. It is tipped to feature 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP depth lenses on the back and a 16MP selfie snapper. Internally, the processor on the upcoming offering remains unknown. However, the smartphone will reportedly be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. The device is expected to ship with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and run on Android 12 out of the box.
