OPPO is reportedly working on the Find X6 and X6 Pro, which will likely be released in 2023 as the company’s latest and greatest flagship smartphones. Leaks and rumors have already revealed some major specifications and features of the upcoming series. Now, a popular tipster suggests the higher-end Find X6 Pro uses a 1″ Sony IMX989 sensor. Here are the details.

Noted tipster Ice Universe revealed in a Tweet that the “highest version of OPPO Find X6,” which will likely be called the Find X6 Pro, features a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor. He also claims that the sensor “smashes” all ISOCELL sensors with its extremely high quality.

Last month, tipster Digital Chat Station also made similar claims. He disclosed that the Find X6 Pro’s main camera will be equipped with a 1-inch sensor. In addition, Mr. Chat Station claimed that the upcoming handset will have a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera. The primary camera is said to be accompanied by a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 32-megapixel telephoto unit.

Further, the vanilla Find X6 is reported to feature triple cameras on the rear. The device will likely have a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel ultrawide unit.

As per a recent report, the Find X6 will come with a 1.5K display resolution, and the Pro model will offer a 2K resolution. Both smartphones could be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8+ Gen2. It is also possible that the base model may come with Snapdragon 8+ Gen1.

The OPPO Find X6 series will probably launch next year (2023). We should learn more details about smartphones in the coming days. Stick around for the updates.
