Renowned home appliance company Toshiba is no newbie in the TV industry. The Japanese company started producing its first black-and-white TV in 1952, and it has been sold in 102 countries and regions in the past 70 years. The company has just officially unveiled its first audio-visual dual-core MiniLED flagship TV in China. The smart TV is dubbed Toshiba Z770 MiniLED TV and is also the official designated TV for the 2022 World Cup holden in Qatar from November 21 to December 18.

In terms of product strength, Toshiba says the TV is equipped with more than 3,000 Mini LED lamp beads, which can realize 500+ dot matrix partition light control. The smart TV is also equipped with a ZR vision chip outputting top-notch picture quality.

In terms of color, ΔE≈1, covers 95% of the DCI-P3 wide color gamut. The Z770 series also comes with BR auditory perception chip. It also comes with patented psychological bass technology, and adaptive ambient sound, to create a theatre-level sound experience.

Furthermore, the Z770 series utilizes a full-screen design and is powered by a quad-core chipset with Cortex-A73 architecture. The processor is backed by 4GB RAM while there is 64GB storage onboard. It is equipped with rocket launcher 2.1.2 multi-channel audio, and 60W audio power. Also, the smart TV runs Android 9 OS out-of-the-box.

In addition, it also supports VRR+ALLM automatic low latency+MEMC motion compensation, WiFi-6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC and HDMI 2.1, etc.

In terms of pricing, the 65-inch version is priced at 8,999 yuan ($1,239), and the 75-inch model will retail for 12,999 yuan ($1,789). It is presently on pre-sale in China via JD.com.
