As we already know, Samsung is gearing up to debut new smartphones in its A-series lineup. Previous reports have revealed the Galaxy A14 5G’s renders. We also know that the brand is working on the Galaxy A14 4G. Now, this very model has made an appearance on Geekbench, revealing some of its key specifications.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 4G might make its debut in the upcoming weeks around the globe. The phone is identified by the model number SM-A145P in the listing. This smartphone is revealed to be powered by a MediaTek Hello G80 SoC. Although it is a little dated, the low-cost 4G chipset still performs admirably. It’s coupled with a Mali G52 GPU. The SoC’s maximum clock frequency is 2.0GHz.

The listing on Geekbench validates the RAM and software specifications of the Samsung phone in addition to the processor information. At least 4GB of RAM will be included with the Galaxy A14 4G. Samsung will probably offer the phone with 64GB of internal storage at launch. There might also be a 6GB RAM version. As for the OS, it will be based on Android 13.

Moving on to the benchmark results, the device scored 1668 points on the single-core test and 5284 points on the multi-core test of Geekbench 4. Further information about the device is not available at the moment; however, more leaks are almost certain to appear in the coming days.
