Poco X5 5G is reportedly in the works. The handset was recently spotted on multiple certification sites, including BIS India and the FCC. Today, the smartphone has popped up on the 3C and IMDA websites, hinting at an imminent launch. The 3C listing of the handset suggests it will arrive with 67W fast charging. Here are all the details.

A Poco smartphone with model number 22101320C has bagged China’s 3C certification (via MySmartPrice). As per the previous reports, this model number is associated with the rumored Poco X5 5G. The listing suggests the device will come with 67W fast charging support, which is the same as the Poco X4 Pro 5G.

The handset also showed up on the IMDA website with the same model number. However, the listing did not reveal any details about the upcoming handset. There’s no official confirmation from the company yet, but we can expect the Poco X5 5G to launch very soon.

A recent FCC listing of the device revealed it will pack a 4900mAh battery, which will likely be advertised as 5000mAh. In addition, rumors suggest the X5 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. It could feature an IPS LCD with 120Hz refresh rate support.

Earlier this year, Poco launched the X4 Pro 5G in India with a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display that produces a 120Hz refresh rate and 1200 nits peak brightness. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage.

It features a 16-megapixel camera on the front, while the back houses a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The device runs Android 11 OS and MIUI 13 out of the box.
