Recently, Samsung registered a new trademark for an unreleased service that is assumed to be its “self-repair service.” Samsung Superfast Portable Powerbank now has a new trademark application. The company does produce several cutting-edge power banks, and among the most well-liked ones are its fast-charging power banks. New portable charging gadgets for smartphones and other devices are expected to be released soon, according to the new trademark.

The paperwork to register a trademark for Samsung Superfast Portable Power was submitted to the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) last week. The trademarked word may be used for “Battery chargers for mobile devices; battery packs for mobile devices,” according to the categorization.

In order to retain a variety of options for product fit, trademarks are often requested to cover a wide range of potential use cases. Samsung may want to use this unique term for power banks or chargers, it is evident. It’s possible that Samsung is using the word “Superfast” as a signal that it will soon adopt even faster-charging rates. Even though some of its Chinese rivals use faster rates, the business hasn’t been in a rush to go beyond 45W. However, it’s possible that Samsung is now embracing the idea.

All of this, however, is currently just unconfirmed rumours. Thousands of organisations have filed multiple trademark applications and patents, but not all of them have actually resulted in a finished product. Wait a little longer to learn more specifically about the service to a trademark. If the brand is truly working on it, we might see some official statements in the upcoming weeks.
