Redmi is reportedly working on the Redmi K60 series for the Chinese market. Reports have suggested that the lineup will have three devices, such as the Redmi K60, the K60 Pro, and the Redmi K60E. According to a recent report, the company is unlikely to launch a gaming-focused model called the Redmi K60 Gaming. The K60E is already confirmed to feature the Dimensity 8200 chip. The leaked specs of the K60 and K60 Pro that have surfaced so far are quite confusing. What’s known is that both models are likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chip. It appears that the flagship model in the Redmi K60 family will be packed with top-of-the-line specs.

The Redmi K60 is likely to feature the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, whereas the Redmi K60 Pro could be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform. In a recent Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station can be seen saying that the main flagship series of all the sub-systems (machine-translation) will have 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

It appears that the tipster could be talking about the Redmi K60 and K60 Pro. The Weibo post suggests that both models will have LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, which are also available on recently released flagships like the Xiaomi 13 series, iQOO 11 series, and Vivo X90 series.

It is likely that the Redmi K60 and K60 Pro will come equipped with a 120Hz AMOLED display. Both devices may support 67W fast charging. These devices are likely to run on the Android 13 OS with the MIUI 14 skin on top. The Dimensity 8200-powered K60E is likely to support 120W fast charging.
