Starting off, the teaser reveals that the Note 12 Pro has a 50MP primary camera. This camera comes with optical image stabilization (OIS). Our review team has already tested the OIS performance of the Note 12 Pro, and it is, to put it bluntly, quite sub-par. Our team recorded a video while walking at a brisk pace and filming from the primary camera. The phone managed to smooth out the small movements, however, any significant jerks while walking are quite apparent in the video. Next up, the teaser confirms that the AMOLED display on the smartphone will have a 120Hz refresh rate, which can go down as much as 30Hz. The panel is capable of producing 1 Billion+ colors and comes with Dolby ATMOS and Dolby Vision support.

The brand also confirms that the chipset inside the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 1080, which is the same SoC used in the Chinese variant, as well as competitors like the Realme 10 Pro series. The last bit of information is that the battery will take 15 minutes to provide a full day’s worth of charge. From these specs, it is quite apparent that the device coming to India is the same as the Chinese variants. So, let’s take a look at the expected spec sheet.
