Samsung Galaxy S23 series is getting closer to its launch. Rumors are rife that the S23 lineup will debut at some point in February 2023. Ahead of the expected launch, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has been spotted at certification platforms like India’s BIS and Thailand’s NBTC. At the same time, the global edition of the Galaxy S23 has surfaced on Geekbench.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with model number SM-S918B/DS has been certified by BIS and NBTC authorities. These certifications have no information on the main specs of the device. In recent weeks, the handset has also been spotted on other certification platforms, such as the FCC, 3C, and TENAA.

The TENAA listing of the S23 Ultra has revealed almost everything about the device. As compared to the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the S23 Ultra will offer improvements in departments like the selfie camera, primary rear camera, and the chipset.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. On the front, it will be fitted with a new 12-megapixel selfie camera and a 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP2 camera, which has never been used on a 200-megapixel camera phone before.
