Samsung has just revealed a tempting pre-registration offer for its upcoming Galaxy S23 series. According to Estonian retailer Euronics, anyone who pre-registers for the Galaxy S23 and purchases it after the series goes on sale will receive a free pair of Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. These earbuds, which are among the best truly wireless options for Galaxy and Android users, usually cost $229.99 in the US. It is likely that similar pre-registration offers will be available in other countries as well.
The Galaxy S23 series is set to be officially launched on February 1, 2023, and it is possible that Samsung will unveil additional pre-order deals at that time. These could include the Galaxy Buds 2, Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, or the Galaxy Watch 4 series being offered for free with the purchase of a Galaxy S23 smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy S23 series specs
The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is expected to be a top-of-the-line smartphone lineup with impressive specs and features. According to the leaks and rumors, all three models are said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to have a large 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a QHD+ resolution. The display is also said to be brighter than the iPhone 14 Pro series, with a brightness of 2200 nits.
S23 Ultra will also have a quad camera system, including a new 200MP main camera and two 10MP telephoto cameras with 3x and 10x optical zoom as well as a 12MP ultrawide camera. The battery capacity of the S23 Ultra is expected to be 5000mAh and it will support 25W fast charging and at least 15W wireless charging.
The S23 and S23 Plus will also have impressive camera setups, featuring a triple camera arrangement on the back with a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The S23 and S23 Plus will have 6.1-inch and 6.6-inch screens, respectively, with Full HD+ resolutions and AMOLED panels that support a 120Hz refresh rate.
The S23 and S23 Plus will also have hole-punch cutouts for the front-facing camera and will support 25W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging. The S23 is rumored to have a 3900mAh battery while the S23 Plus is expected to have a 4700mAh battery.Also all three phones will come pre-installed with Android 13 and a layer of One UI 5.0 on top, offering a user-friendly and feature-rich experience.
