Zeiss has announced the SFL 30 ultra-compact binoculars in India. The new set of SFL 30 binoculars is part of a growing portfolio of Smart Focus Lightweight (SFL) products. The new Zeiss SFL 30 is propped as the most compact and lightest product in the Zeiss SFL lineup.
The new SFL 30 binoculars come in two configurations – 8 x 30 and 10 x 30. They are great accessories for nature and wildlife observation. The compact design of the binoculars means that they can fit snugly into any backpack or traveling bag. The binoculars can also fit well into a jacket making it easy to carry around. It has a smaller, thinner, and more closely-spaced lens inside a rugged Magnesium housing. The Zeiss SFL is significantly lighter than current models by up to 23%.
The image quality of the SFL 30 binoculars is UHD and it delivers the highest level of detail and quality. It produces images with their natural fidelity due to its special coating, high-quality glass system, and improved optical design. The SmartFocus feature in the new Zeiss binoculars enables the user to focus quickly and precisely. It has a large exit pupil and improved eyecups making its use very comfortable.
The Zeiss SFL 30 8 x 30 binoculars will arrive in the Indian market in April 2023. The company is however silent on the release date of the 10 x 30 model. There are no pricing details yet about the two models. Zeiss says that the price of the models will be released on request. The company expects the new ultra-compact SFL 30 binoculars will have a great reception when it is released. There are no indications yet on the global availability of the SFL 30 binoculars.
