The iQOO Neo 8 Pro is also rumored to come with a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC, making it the most premium processor ever featured in an iQOO Neo series phone. This chipset is likely to offer incremental upgrades over the Dimensity 9200 SoC, though there are no details about the upcoming SoC available at the moment. It is expected that the company will unveil more details about the SoC later this year. Neo 8 Pro will also sport a 50MP primary lens, which is set to use a 1/1.5-inch camera sensor.

Neo 8 Pro is also rumored to feature a triple-camera setup and offer up to 16GB LPDDR5X of RAM and 512GB (UFS 4.0) of storage. In addition, iQOO might launch the device with support for 120W fast charging out of the box. The phone is expected to come with a 5000mAh battery, which is similar to the one found in the Neo 7 series.

The standard model of the Neo 8 series is expected to feature a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood. It is not yet clear whether the Neo 8 series will launch in India, as previous top-end models in the lineup found in China have not made it to the Indian market.
