Huawei was among one of the first smartphone companies in the world to launch foldable smartphone. The company, after launching two generation of such devices, is now gearing up for a new lineup.

The Chinese brand is gearing up to launch the Huawei Mate X3 foldable smartphone on 23rd March. The company is also expected to launch some other products, including Huawei P60 series.

In a new teaser images shared by the company, the Huawei Mate X3 foldable smartphone is teased with the text written over it “light as a wing, firm as a rock.” This indicates that the device will have a thinner and lighter body.

Further, it adds that the smartphone will use Kunlun glass which is an ultra-high-strength drop-resistant panel on the flagship Huawei Mate 50 released last year. The company says that Kunlun glass has a 10-fold increase in drop resistance, which can achieve a rock-solid effect in terms of impact resistance.

Ahead of the launch of Huawei Mate X3 smartphone in a few days, some of the key features and specifications have been leaked. It is expected to feature a 2K large screen folding device. It is said that the internal screen doesn’t have any type of notch on the screen wihle there’s a single punch-hole coutout on the outer screen. The phone is also said to come with support for Satellite Communication feature, which Huawei first introduced sometime back.
