Since the Vivo V2278A is expected to support 44W fast charging, it seems that it could be a mid-range phone. At present, there is no information on the other specifications of the device.

However, it appears that the V2278A may release in the Chinese market as a Vivo Y-series phone. To recall, a Vivo Y-series phone named the Vivo Y78+ 5G is also waiting in the pipeline to go official.

The Y78+ 5G was also spotted with a 44W charger at 3C last month. Hence, t is likely that the V2278A may debut in the market as a Y-series handset. In all likelihood, the V2278A smartphone may debut in the Chinese market at some point in May.
