Ninebot has launched the Q80C smart electric moped in China. The Ninebot Q80C has a riding range of 115km and a top speed of 45km/h. The Ninebot Q series is the first electric moped specially developed for women by Segway. It accommodates the travel pain points of students and workers in an urban setting.

The Ninebot Q80C uses a riding posture configuration that is well suited for women, with a seat cushion height of 715mm. It takes care of women of different heights, ensuring that their feet are firmly on the floor of the moped. The Q80C is also a safe model for use by women. It has a double-tube frame that is light but durable. The seat has an enlarged and comfortable cushion. The handlebars of the e-bike are SIAA certified with antibacterial grips for enhanced cleanliness of the bike.

The Ninebot Q80C electric moped is equipped with a traction control system (TCS) that combines fat tires with a strong grip for improved road safety even in difficult conditions. The bike maintains stability and safety on wet and slippery roads. Other functions include ramp parking, push mode, and one-button reversing, among others. The bike is equipped with an intelligent LED lighting system and other lighting for visibility and direction indication.

The Ninebot Q80C has a RideyLONG battery that gives the moped a range of up to 115km. The maximum gear speeds are 25km/h, 32km/h, and 45km/h for the first, second, and third gears respectively. There are several smart connectivity options integrated into the Ninebot Q80C. It also supports mobile phone unlocking, swiping card unlocking, and intelligent anti-theft function. As with the other Ninebot model also released, the Q80C requires a motorcycle driver’s license to operate. The C80C is priced at 3,799 yuan (~$551) and could be purchased from JD.com.
