Vivo Introduces X Fold2 with Ultra-Thin Dual Front Cameras
The Vivo X Fold2 has two ultra-thin 16MP front-facing cameras. With a length of just 3.43 millimeters, these cameras are over 15% slimmer than conventional lenses, making them among the thinnest available, which is quite impressive for foldable phones. The X Fold2 Glass Edition is 12.9mm thick when folded and 6.4mm unfolded, while the Vegan Leather version is 13.2mm and 6.67mm, respectively. Both weigh around 278 grams.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processing platform and sports an 8.03-inch AMOLED inner screen with a 2160×1916 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The outer screen is a 6.53-inch AMOLED display with a 2520×1080 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The X Fold2 comes with a 4800mAh battery, supporting 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. The phone also offers 10W reverse wireless charging.
In terms of photography, the X Fold2 features a 16MP outer screen front-facing lens, a 16MP inner screen front-facing lens, a 50MP main rear camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12MP portrait lens. The device also includes a self-developed imaging chip, V2, and all rear lenses have Zeiss for improved image quality. The X Fold2 supports the Zeiss Cinematic movie mode as well.
