OPPO F23 5G to launch in India next week

As per the OPPO microsite, the F23 5G seems to be a rebranded version of the A98 5G that debuted in China earlier today. The smartphone is confirmed to come with a center-aligned punch-hole display and a thick bottom chin. It will feature a 120Hz refresh rate. Design-wise, the back panel has a pill-shaped camera module housing three sensors in two rings. The device will feature a 64MP primary camera sensor.

Under the hood, the microsite reveals an unspecified Snapdragon processor on the OPPO F23 5G. It is confirmed to 8GB RAM along with 8GB RAM expansion technology and 256GB onboard storage. The upcoming offering will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 67W fast charging. The OPPO F23 5G will be available in Black and Gold colour options.

The rest of the specifications of the OPPO F23 5G remain unknown at the moment. Since it could be a rebadged A98 5G, we can expect a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD display, 32MP selfie snapper, and Android 13 OS. We will learn more details about the smartphone next week.
