Vivo Y36 has bagged multiple certifications in the past. Now the brand has revealed the launch date of the Y-series offering. The Y36 series comprising of 4G and 5G versions are set to debut in Indonesia on May 25. Vivo’s Indonesia branch has also put up a dedicated microsite of the upcoming offering revealing its key specifications. 

Vivo Y36 series to launch next week

As per the microsite, the Vivo Y36 series will feature a dynamic glass design. The back panel has a rectangular camera module housing two sensors and a LED flash unit. On the front, there is a center-aligned punch-hole cutout display. The device will likely have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. 

The Vivo Y36 series will pack 8GB RAM along with 8GB virtual RAM technology. There will be 256GB of internal storage. The smartphones will come with support for 44W fast charging. The Y36 4G will be offered in Glitter Aqua and Meteor Black colors whereas the 5G variant will be available in Mystic Black and Crystal Green colors. 

This is everything the microsite reveals about the Vivo Y36 series. As per Google Play Console certification, the Vivo Y36 4G will reportedly be powered by a Snapdragon 680 processor. It is expected to feature a 6.8-inch LCD display and run on Android 13 out of the box. Both the 4G and 5G variants are tipped to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit.
