HTC recently introduced the U23 smartphone series in Taiwan, which is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. This lineup comprises two models: the HTC U23 and the HTC U23 Pro. The Pro variant has now made its way to the EU and is currently available for pre-order in various regions.

The HTC U23 Pro features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The 32MP selfie camera is housed in a centered punch hole, while the fingerprint scanner is embedded in the power button.
The phone’s rear sports a rectangular camera module with a 108MP primary camera, 8MP ultrawide, 5MP macro, and 2MP depth sensors. Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, it offers 8GB or 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and microSD card support.
The U23 Pro runs Android 13 and includes the VIVERSE app. It has IP67 dust and water resistance, a 4,600mAh battery with 30W wired and 15W wireless charging, and supports reverse wireless charging. Other features include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
