Electric Bikes are slowly getting better and better, as companies shell more money into their EV Research and Development programs.Since the revelation of Kawasaki’s Ninja EV and Z EV prototype electric motorcycles at EICMA 2022, fans and industry observers alike have keenly followed the Japanese manufacturer’s journey into electric mobility. Although Kawasaki‘s declaration of their venture into e-bikes was delayed compared to some competitors, their strategy of leveraging an existing combustion bike platform has clearly paid off. The company previously announced expectations to launch its first electric motorcycles as production models later in 2023.
