In the previous week, Carl Pei, the CEO of Nothing, announced the CMF as the company’s first sub-brand. He also confirmed that the first CMF-branded products, such as a smartwatch and earbuds, will launch this year. It appears that the launch of these products may not be far away, as both devices have reportedly been certified by India’s Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

As can be seen in the tweet by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, two new CMF products have been approved by the BIS authority. The CMF devices with model numbers B163 and D395 are likely to end up as TWS earbuds and a smartwatch, respectively.

The BIS certification is a good hint that India could be one of the first markets to receive the first CMF products. However, it is unclear which other markets will receive the CMF devices.

At present, there is no information on the specifications and features of the CMF smartwatch and earbuds. Hopefully, the company will share more details about these products in the near future.

CMF by Nothing

For those who don’t know, CMF stands for Colours, Materials, and Finish. According to Pei, the sub-brand CMF will be headed by a dedicated team, and it will focus on launching products that are affordably priced with a clean and timeless design, which will not be seen on products in its price segment. These reasonably priced products will let buyers be a part of the Nothing ecosystem.

As far as Nothing is concerned, Nothing will continue to focus on launching premium products with top-notch designs and advanced technologies.
