On the front, the tablet has a 20MP primary camera paired with a 3D ToF sensor for advanced facial unlock. There is also a permission indicator light that will flash red when an app tries to access sensitive data like a camera and help the user in deciding whether to grant permission or not.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max houses the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It packs up to 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage. The device also features a heat dissipation system with an area of 15839mm for extended periods of usage.
