Pixel 8 Series is not so far away from the official launch, apart from the leaks, the device’s photo is now listed on the official Google Store. The photo was first spotted by @Android_Settings on X.com on Google’s Subscription and Services page.
Well, it is difficult to point out the difference between Pixel Phones. Here, the user gathered information from the image’s alt tag, which clearly mentions, “A person takes a call on a Pixel 8 Pro phone in Porcelain.” Upon a detailed look, the phone even resembles the previous renders and leaks with oval glass covering the rear cameras.

Apart from the design and Porcelain color, there’s hardly any evident information about the device’s specifications and features. Well, Google seems in a hush to show off the new Pixel device, following the trend of the past launches.
Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro Specifications (Expected)
The Pixel 8 seems to bundle a bit smaller 6.17-inch display while having the same 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, and 1400 nits brightness. It will house a variable refresh rate from 10Hz to 120Hz. Meanwhile, the Pixel 8 Pro will house a 6.7-inch display with 2992 x 1344 pixels resolution and 1600 nits maximum brightness support.
Pixel 8 series will bundle the Isocell GN2 primary sensor than the previous Isocell GN1 camera. The new camera will offer better light processing, 8K/30fps video capture, and staggered HDR support. Further, there will be the same 11 MP Samsung 3J1 Selfie camera.
The Pro variant will further host a 64MP Sony IMX787 ultrawide sensor. The telephoto lens – Samsung GM5 (48MP) will remain the same on the Pixel 8 Pro.
Both smartphones will bundle Google Tensor G3 SoC coupled with 8/12GB LPDDR5 RAM. Pixel 8 is set to debut in 128/256GB storage variant, and the Pixel 8 Pro with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options. The smaller model will equip a 4485 mAh battery and Pro will pack a 4950 mAh battery. Apart from the hardware changes, there are several new software-based features that will make a debut with the Pixel 8 Series.

Pixel 8 series is slated for launch in October at Google’s Hardware event. Pixel 8 is expected to come in Jade, Licorice, Haze, and Peony color options, and the Pixel 8 Pro will debut in Jade, Licorice, Porcelain, and Sky colors.
