ASUS has upgraded its 14-inch ExpertBook B9 OLED and B5 series laptops. The new ExpertBook B9 OLED is touted as the world’s lightest 14-inch business laptop and it comes with a performance boost. The new laptops feature the Intel P series processors with Intel vPro support.
The new ExpertBook Series of business laptops are the B9 OLED and the B5. The ExpertBook B5 is available in flip and clamshell options. Both the ExpertBook B5 and B9 OLED offer lots of business-oriented features. The ExpertBook B5 has a 14-inch FHD anti-glare screen. The flip version of the B5 supports touch capabilities for its screen. The memory/ storage configuration of the ExpertBook B5 is 16GB/ 1TB.
The B5 is equipped with the Intel Core i7-1360P processor, as well as an HD IR webcam. The webcam has a shutter and supports Windows Hello face login. Both WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5 are supported on the ExpertBook B5. The B5 models have several ports, including USB PD 3.0, Thunderbolt 4, RJ46 Ethernet, HDMI 2.1, and 4K display output support.
The Asus ExpertBook B9 OLED is equipped with the Intel Core i7-1355U processor with up to 32GB/ 2TB memory/ storage configuration. Its 14-inch OLED screen outputs 3K content with 100% sRGB and DCI-P3 color gamut. It has a 90Hz refresh rate and an FHD IR webcam with a shutter and Windows Hello. The ExpertBook B9 OLED weighs just 2.18 pounds and is as light as it can get.
The new Expertbook series laptops have a 63Wh Lithium polymer battery. The models have a combo power button with a fingerprint scanner, spill-resistant keyboard, AI noise cancellation, and voice assistant support. The refreshed ExpertBook business laptops feature Intel Smart Sound, Dolby Atmos, and Asus Business Manager software. The ExpertBook B5 and B5 Flip are priced starting at $1,699, while the B9 OLED starts at $2,149.99. The models can be purchased directly from the Asus store, as well as from Asus-certified retailers.
