KJM has opened an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for the groundbreaking KJM K3 LCD projector. giThe new projector has a maximum brightness of 1,500 ANSI lumens and uses JBL speakers. The KJM K3 comes with an array of cutting-edge functions that redefine immersive viewing. It offers 1080p images and a maximum image size of 200 inches. KJM has continued to expand its portfolio since 2002 when it was established. Its lineup of products includes tablets, notebooks, portable DVD players, and projectors.

The KJM K3 has a frame rate of 60fps and supports HDR/ HDR 10. The projector has several image enhancement features like keystone correction and autofocus. The projector runs on Linux and comes pre-installed with Netflix. You can download other video streaming platforms like YouTube, with wireless casting also supported. The built-in JBL speakers of the projector will deliver high-quality audio content. The device’s speakers can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker but the power and other parameters are not yet known.

Connectivity options for the KJM K3 projector include HDMI, USB-A, and USB-C. It also has a Smart Controller remote with integrated buttons. The KJM K3 is priced at $279 and will ship to markets worldwide. KJM says the earliest deliveries of the projector will be made from November 2023. The project has a funding target of $500 which has already been surpassed with 38 backers contributing $10,467. The Indiegogo campaign will end on October 6.
