Many leaks suggest that Samsung will be launching a Fan Edition smartphone later this year called the Galaxy S23 FE. This phone is said to come with different processors in different regions. Tipster Abhishek Yadav has now revealed what the device will cost in India.

As per a recent tweet by Abhishek, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE will come with in two storage variants 128GB and 256GB. The 128GB model of the smartphone will cost Rs 54,999, while the 256GB model is said to cost Rs. 59,999. Only time will tell if the features onboard will justify these alleged prices. With that said, let’s take a look at what we know so far about the Galaxy S23 FE.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is expected to come with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display that offers a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC (in some regions) and the Exynos 2200 (in others), paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It is more than likely that the SD8 Gen 1 SoC is exclusive to the US market, while other regions will get the Exynos 2200.

When it comes to the camera setup, you can expect a triple-rear camera system consisting of a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 12MP telephoto lens. For selfies, there might be a 10MP front-facing camera. Battery-wise, the phone is anticipated to pack a 4500mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. It will run on the Android 13-based OneUI 5.1 operating system. One notable feature of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is its extended software support, with promises of four years of major OS updates and five years of security updates.
