Xiaomi introduced a new hassle-free service aka ‘Pick Mi Up’ service in India. The service is aimed at facilitating customers and potential buyers who would want to repair their devices or try a new device before buying. It is a pick-and-drop service from the company. The user can benefit from the service using the Xiaomi Service+ app.

How to Avail Pick Mi Service from Xiaomi?
Xiaomi Service+ app offers several other facilities including scheduling appointments, live chat with a bot or agent, finding a service center, using self-help resources, checking warranty information, price quotation, and much more. The app is available for download from the Google Play Store.
After downloading the app, the user must log in and enter all the regular details about the device you would want to get serviced. A ticked will be generated to initiate and process the repair.

Pricing for Pick Mi Up Service
The service cost for Pickup and Drop service is Rs 199+ GST, or Rs 99+ GST for either pickup or drop-off.
