Just a couple of months ago, the Honor 90 Pro was announced in China. Now, it appears that the brand is already working on a successor to the series with a leak hinting at the launch timeline and key specs of the Honor 100 Pro model. So here are all the details.

Honor 100 Pro Specs

The news arrived from known tipster Digital Chat Station, who shared the information on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). The upcoming device will apparently sport an AMOLED display that supports 3,840Hz dimming and 1.5K resolution. It will likely offer at least 120Hz refresh rate, similar to its predecessor. Under the hood, the Honor 100 Pro will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which is an upgrade over the Honor 90 Pro that came with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

The tipster further added that the high-end smartphone will house dual front facing cameras. Digital Chat Station believes that the device will enter internal testing next month. On the other hand, the launch of the Honor 100 Pro is expected to be sometime in early November 2023. Unfortunately, this is all the information that was revealed, although the 90 Pro hints at the Honor 100 Pro’s specifications.

The Honor 90 Pro is powered by a 5,000mAh battery pack, so the 100 Pro will likely offer a similar battery capacity. It also supports 100W fast charging. The 90 Pro houses up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, which the successor might retain as well. Keep in mind that this is still just speculation at the moment, so take this report with a pinch of salt for now.
