A Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign has kicked off for the INIU PowerNova portable power bank. The power bank supports 140W fast charging via USB-C and has a 27,000mAh capacity. The impressive 140W charging speed of the new INIU power bank is one of the highlights of the device.
The PowerNova power bank has three ports including PD 3.1. It can charge a variety of devices quickly including the MacBook Pro 16 and the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Its USB-A port delivers 18W charging, 45W for the USB-C out, and 140W for the USB-C in/out. When the 140W port is in use together with others, its charging capacity reduces to 100W. The power bank supports pass-through charging and is fully recharged in less than 2 hours.
The power bank has an integrated display that shows usage information such as remaining power and battery level in hours. The gadget has several layers of safety protection that prevent overheating and short-circuiting. It has a 15-layer smart protection and it has approval for use when airborne.
The PowerNova power bank has a super early bird pledge offer of $99.99 on Kickstarter. The original price of the power bank is $129. The INIU PowerNova power bank will start shipping to the international market in November. It comes with a 3-year warranty and the shipping costs will vary according to region.
