Edifier Evo Pro TWS Bluetooth Earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation launched for 428 yuan ($58)

Audio products manufacturer Edifier has launched a new truly wireless earbuds for the Chinese market. The product is dubbed Edifier Evo Pro TWS Bluetooth earbuds and it carries a decent price tag of 428 yuan ($58).

The Edifier Evo Pro is visually appealing and is offered in three elegant colors: Fritillaria White, Misty Pink, and Secret Night Blue. The charging case, adorned with a luxurious leather texture, hints at the premium audio experience that awaits.

In terms of audio quality, the Evo Pro features LDAC transmission and Hi-Res Wireless Gold Label certification with a 96kHz/24bit sampling rate and a staggering 990Kbps code stream. The 6mm titanium-plated moving coil unit combined with a 10mm composite moving coil unit and coaxial dual moving coils ensure a wide frequency response and exquisitely delicate sound.

What should stand out for most buyers, though, should be the active noise cancellation (ANC) onboard. This feature has continued to be a popular add-on to premium earbuds. The Evo Pro comes with a hybrid noise cancellation system, a dual-core chip, and an optimized high signal-to-noise ratio microphone, the Evo Pro offers an impressive 45dB noise reduction, effectively eliminating 99% of background noise. Its wide-band noise reduction capability covers a broad spectrum of noise types, guaranteeing an undisturbed listening experience.

Furthermore, the Edifier Evo Pro brings with it a three-microphone system on each side, totaling six microphones on each earbud. It also comes with anti-wind noise detection and AI-powered sound pickup algorithms to ensure crystal-clear calls even in noisy environments.

The earbuds come with support for the new Bluetooth V5.3 chip. The earbuds allow users to switch between devices without disconnecting and bring a low latency of just 0.08 seconds in game mode.

In terms of battery life, the Edifier Evo Pro TWS earbuds support up to 8 hours of playback with noise reduction turned off and 6 hours with Active Noise Cancellation turned on. The battery life can be bumped up to 24 hours with the use of the charging case without ANC and 18 hours of power with ANC in use. The device also supports fast charging.
