The OnePlus Open, the company’s upcoming foldable flagship smartphone, has been the subject of numerous leaks and rumors in recent weeks. Now, a fresh rumor from a reliable source have revealed the rear camera and display specs of the upcoming foldable.

According to Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus Open will feature a 48MP main camera and a 64MP 3x optical zoom periscope camera on the back. The third rear camera is rumored to be a 48MP ultrawide module, although there have been conflicting reports about the telephoto camera.

Some rumors have suggested that the 64MP camera would be telephoto with 6x optical zoom, but the latest rumor suggests that it will be a periscope lens with 3x optical zoom.

The foldable is also rumored to have a 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate screen with a peak brightness of 2,800 nits. This would be significantly brighter than the Google Pixel Fold display, which has a peak brightness of 1,450 nits.

Likewise, the OnePlus Open is also expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The phone is also rumored to have a 4,805mAh battery with 100W fast charging capabilities.

The OnePlus Open is scheduled to be launched on October 19, so we’ll know more about the phone’s specs and features very soon.
