Last month, Amazon launched the Fire HD 10 Kids and Fire HD 10 Kids Pro tablets. Now the e-commerce giant has announced a new tablet called the Fire HD 10 (2023). It is literally a refreshed model of the Fire HD 10 (2021). The newest offering packs significant upgrades over its predecessor. Amazon’s Fire tablets are known for their affordability. Amazon Fire HD 10 (2023) specifications and features

The Amazon Fire HD (2023) has a 10.1-inch display with thick bezels on all sides. It bears an FHD resolution. Notably, the device also supports Amazon Stylus Pen with 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity but it does not come bundled with the tablet. 

The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2023) features a 5MP camera on both the front and back. This is an upgrade from the 2MP on the 2021 model. It is compatible with Alexa voice assistant for performing hands-free tasks. 

Internally, the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2023) is equipped with an unspecified octa-core processor. It packs 3GB RAM and up to 64GB storage expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. The battery capacity has not been revealed but it is rated to offer 13 hours of usage with support for 9W charging. The tablet comes with a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 

The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2023) is offered in Black, Lilac, and Ocean colors. The 3GB + 32GB and 3GB + 64GB configurations are priced at $139.99 and $179.99. It is available for purchase from Amazon in the US.
