Samsung is gearing up to launch another Galaxy A series of smartphone in India soon. Just last month, the company released the Galaxy A05s, and now, a new certification listing has hinted at the imminent launch of the Galaxy A05 model.

In a previous report, the support page for the Galaxy A05 went live on the company’s official website. Now, the South Korean tech giant’s upcoming Galaxy A05 has surfaced on the Bluetooth SIG database. The online listing reveals that it will arrive in multiple different models, which include SM-A055F-DS, SM-A055F, SM-A055M-DS, and SM-A055M. These are likely the same devices for different markets, with one of them likely set to launch in India.

Based on what we know so far, the Galaxy A05 might sport a 6.5-inch display with an Infinity U notch. This panel could offer a standard 60Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. Rumors suggest that it will be equipped with the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC which is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Another report hints that the device may support up to 1TB of storage expansion via a microSD card slot.

This model will likely run on Android 13 OS based One UI 5.1 custom skin out of the box. The rear could pack a 50-megapixel primary camera, while the front has an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
