Apple is reportedly planning to refresh its entire iPad lineup in 2024, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. This includes new models of the iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini, and entry-level iPad.
According to the informant, the low-end and mid-range iPads could see updates as early as March 2024, while both the 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro models are expected to be unveiled in the first half of the year.
The new iPad Pro models are rumored to feature OLED displays and the M3 chipset, while the next-generation iPad Air is expected to receive a performance boost from the M2 chip. On the other hand, the iPad mini might feature an A16 Bionic chip.
Apple has not yet confirmed any of these rumors, but Gurman is a reliable source of Apple news. If his reporting is accurate, this would be the first time that Apple will update its entire iPad lineup in the same year.
In addition to the new iPads, Gurman says that Apple is also expected to launch new AirPods next year. However, an updated AirPods Pro model may take a bit longer, with its launch expected in 2025.
