He ordered four iPhone 15 Pro Max phones for $3,600, but instead received a box of 60 units of 1 TB 15 Pro Max. The international selling price of each of these phones is $1,599, so the cost of this shipping error to Apple is approximately $96,000. Interestingly, the man is not obligated to return the phones, but Apple can render them unusable if it chooses.
