Artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of our daily lives, making its presence known not only on popular social media platforms but also now on YouTube. The platform is set to introduce a chatbot to its mobile applications, and here are the details!

YouTube’s AI-Driven Features for Next-Level Video Personalization

The chatbot offers personalized video experiences for users. As artificial intelligence continues to shape the world of technology, its increasing presence on social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp is a clear indication of the ongoing trend.

YouTube

YouTube has recently joined this movement by announcing the integration of a chatbot into its mobile applications. The chatbot will utilize a language model developed by the company to enhance user interactions. To access the chatbot, users can utilize the “Ask” button located below the video windows. This feature allows individuals to pose various questions, and notably, users can request a video summary generated by artificial intelligence.

Moreover, users can engage with the chatbot while the video is playing in the background, seeking information about the video, receiving recommendations, and more. This feature, named “YouChat” by the company, is currently available to a limited number of users but is expected to be gradually rolled out in the coming weeks.

YouTube is also introducing other artificial intelligence features, including YouTube Create. This feature encompasses various tools such as effects, editing options, automatic filters, and transitions, providing users with an efficient platform for video creation.
