The upcoming gaming flagship from Nubia, the Red Magic 9 Pro, is set for an official release on November 23. This device is confirmed to bring 165W fast charging support and the legendary Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset together. With the new ‘Magic Flash Fast Charging’ this device will take only 16 minutes for a full charge.
Nubia packs a massive battery with a superfast 165W charging
To ensure the stability and safety of the device during fast charging, the Red Magic team employs charging separation technology. This approach avoids localized heating by distributing the charging load across the device through a three-charge pump connected in parallel. This technology is successfully implemented in the Red Magic 8 Pro. It is expected to continue in the Red Magic 9 Pro, promising users a consistently stable and safe output at 165W.
Beyond its remarkable charging capabilities, the Red Magic 9 Pro is said to pack the 6500mAh battery within an 8.9mm frame. The official claim of “comprehensive battery life exceeding 2 days and 2 nights” positions this device as a reliable companion for users with demanding smartphone needs.
In terms of design, this gaming device comes with a back cover made of “customized integrated glass”. Processed through 15 intricate steps, this integrated design is said to seamlessly combine the back shell glass and lens cover.
The front screen includes an under-display camera for selfies ensuring an immersive gaming experience. The Red Magic 9 Pro series is likely to set some new standards in the world of gaming smartphones.
