As the expected launch date for Samsung’s next flagship – Galaxy S24 Series is nearing, so are the rumors and the listings on the public certifications. Following the timeline of its predecessor across the public certification, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra appeared on the BIS India certification website.

Apart from its listings across multiple public certification websites, BIS India confirms its upcoming launch in India. Bearing model code SM-S928B/DS, the smartphone seems in line with the expected launch date.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will be the biggest variant in comparison with the standard Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+. The Ultra is expected to carry some minor changes in comparison with its predecessor – Galaxy S24 Ultra.

As per leaks, the Galaxy S24 ultra could come with a 6.8-inch WQHD+ display while having a 120Hz refresh rate. A leak also suggests that it will offer a peak brightness of 2500 nits, which is the brightest available in the market.

Apart from hardware, the Korean giant is also working to bring the “smartest AI phones ever” with the Galaxy S24 series. It is expected to compete against the Pixel 8’s AI camera prowess. Further, the Smartphone will be powered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.

In the camera department, the Samsung could come with a 200MP 1/1.3-inch primary sensor offering up to 100x zoom, a 12MP Sony IMX564 ultra-wide side, and a 10MP Sony IMX754+ telephoto lens. There will be a 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

The Galaxy S24 Series is expected to launch early next year, but the official launch date has not been confirmed yet.
