According to the report, the Samsung Galaxy A25 will sport a 6.5-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and a maximum refresh rate of up to 120 Hertz. The rear camera setup of the Galaxy A25 is expected to include an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera featuring an f/2.2 aperture and a 120-degree field of view. Additionally, a 2-megapixel macro sensor is likely to be part of the camera configuration. For selfies, it will feature a 13-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Galaxy A25 will run on the Android 14 operating system with a layer of One UI 6 on top. The device will come equipped with the Samsung in-house Exynos 1280 chipset. In terms of memory, it is expected to come with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM options. The internal storage options may include 128 GB or 256 GB, depending on the region.

The device has also bagged important certifications, such as FCC and BIS (India), which suggests that it may launch as early as this month (November) in different markets.
