According to the report, the Samsung Galaxy A25 will sport a 6.5-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and a maximum refresh rate of up to 120 Hertz. The rear camera setup of the Galaxy A25 is expected to include an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera featuring an f/2.2 aperture and a 120-degree field of view. Additionally, a 2-megapixel macro sensor is likely to be part of the camera configuration. For selfies, it will feature a 13-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Galaxy A25 will run on the Android 14 operating system with a layer of One UI 6 on top. The device will come equipped with the Samsung in-house Exynos 1280 chipset.
