A new Samsung Galaxy A series smartphone is expected to launch soon. The company is working on the Galaxy A25 5G smartphone model, with the device recently surfacing on a certification platform. So here are all the details.

The South Korean tech giant’s Galaxy A25 5G visited the FCC certification platform. Earlier today (8th November 2023), the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G’s design and color options were revealed via leaked renders. Now, the FCC listing has unveiled that it carries the SM-A256U model number. The online database also confirms that the upcoming smartphone will support 25W fast charging.

Furthermore, the certification lists the device with support for NFC and 5G connectivity as well. Based on our earlier report, the Galaxy A25 5G will sport a 6.44-inch AMOLED display that comes with Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it could be equipped with the Exynos 1280 SoC that is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. A large 5,000mAh battery pack and the leak also claimed a 25W fast charging.

This handset will likely run on Android 14 OS based One UI 6 custom skin out of the box. The rear is expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, while the front houses a 13-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls. The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G might measure 8.3mm in thickness and house a fingerprint scanner. The leaked renders show that the device arrives in black, blue-grey, lime green, and light blue color options.
