LG Electronics has just released its new Smart Monitor series for the global market. The company’s new monitors arrive in two display sizes and are standalone devices that do not require a PC. So here’s everything you need to know.
LG Smart Monitor Specs & Features
The South Korean brand announced the Smart Monitor in two variants, namely the 32SR50F and 27SR50F models. This refers to the 31.5-inch and 27-inch variants, respectively. Both models offer a Full HD resolution, IPS LCD panels, and HDR10 support. The company promises to offer great contrast and bright colors. These monitors also come with a borderless design, which adds to its appeal. LG rolled out the Smart Monitors for office applications, which are great for conference calls, document work, and web browsing.
Notably, the two monitors are standalone since they feature webOS 23 platform. This enables it to offer easy access to streaming apps and more. Thanks to the LG Mood Music function, users can even curate music playlists based on their preferences. You also get access to easily share content from your smart devices like AirPlay 2 and Miracast. Earlier this month, LG also announced new ultra wide gaming monitors from its Ultragear series and the new 4K ProBeam projector.
